Test sample plate also qualified for all positions?

if all variables are unchanged and without impact test.
Qualified on plate shall also qualify for all positions.

How can a coupon tested in 1G position qualified for all position?
1G PQR does not qualify for all positions as per QW-405.2.
When impact testing is required

In 2019 code book that portion is deleted? So now qualification on any positions/progression qualifies all progression?

Yes, QW-405.2 limits some welding processes - Supplementary essential QW-405.2 welding positions deleted in ASME IX 2019
